Cylindrical Lithium Battery Winding Machine

1. Equipment Overview

This is a dedicated device for winding small cylindrical e-cigarette battery cells.

2. Process Flow

After active unwinding, the positive and negative electrode sheets (produced by the sheet making machine) and the separator respectively undergo processes such as tension control, dust removal, electrode sheet deviation correction, and quality inspection. Driven by guide rollers and the electrode sheet conveying mechanism, they are fed into the winding section. After the winding process is completed, the battery cells are picked up by a robotic arm and transferred to the conveyor device. After counting, the cells are conveyed to the collection platform via the conveyor belt.
