 1. Full-Automatic Screen Printing Machine Series

Including full-automatic roll-to-roll screen printing machines, full-automatic membrane switch screen printing machines, full-automatic transfer film screen printing machines, full-automatic non-woven fabric screen printing machines, full-automatic electric heating film screen printing machines, full-automatic circuit board screen printing machines, and roll material label screen printing machines. 

Full-automatic screen printing machines are widely applied in the screen printing of roll materials such as PET, PVC, PC, non-woven fabrics, floor heating films, electric heating films, transfer films, decal papers, flexible circuit boards (FCBs), membrane switches, laser labels, nameplates, and self-adhesive labels. For the secondary printing of copper foil circuit boards, a **three-point positioning system** is adopted; for the front-back overprinting of transparent films, a **laser positioning system** is used. The **printing accuracy reaches approximately 3-5 hundredths of a millimeter** (3-5 "si" in Chinese mechanical measurement, 1 "si" = 0.01mm), which is more in line with the standard requirements of various industries.

Our hot press forming machines and die-cutting machines have a wide range of industrial applications and diversified configurations to better meet industry requirements. The heating system of the forming machine adopts **analog output** for more stable temperature control; the heating methods include mold heating and heating plate advancing/retreating heating. The power system has two types: **hydraulic power** and **pneumatic-hydraulic dual power**, ensuring more stable equipment performance to suit the needs of various industries.
