This electrothermal film laminating machine is mainly used for laminating insulating films and pressing copper strips in the production of electrothermal films (floor heating films), and is used in conjunction with fully automatic electrothermal film (floor heating film) screen printers.

The heating roller uses imported silicone, with a diameter increased to 200mm. Lamination is achieved by pneumatic pressure, and a pull roll is installed after the heating roller to draw materials out.

Equipped with imported heating tubes, featuring faster heating rate, higher temperature, and better stability compared to old models.

The film unwinding unit is equipped with a manual deviation adjustment device and a manual tension controller.

The unwinding unit is upgraded with automatic deviation correction function (manual tension adjustment available), with correction positioning within ±2mm.

Control functions include manual/automatic selection, feeding/rewinding selection, and speed adjustment controller.

All film guide rollers are replaced with aluminum alloy tubes, ensuring no eccentricity or wobble during rotation for smoother material feeding.

All material and film loading shafts adopt air shafts, enabling quick and easy material threading.

The film unwinding shaft rotates out on one side for film loading, ensuring safety and convenience.

Handles are extended at both ends of the unwinding shaft, facilitating lifting of protective films onto the unwinding frame.

All material detection parts use imported photoelectric switches for automatic control of material operation.

Rewinding is driven by a worm gear reducer to prevent material backtracking, with an additional magnetic powder clutch for control.
