1. Performance Features
1. This IMD/IML heat-press forming machine is specifically developed and manufactured for the heat-press forming process in IMD/IML in-mold decoration technology.
2. This equipment adopts a safety-oriented design concept. The program is controlled by PLC and touchscreen, and it is equipped with a high-sensitivity through-beam light curtain safety protection system to ensure operational safety.
3. The movement of the heating plate is controlled by a synchronous motor combined with a frequency converter. Compared with the traditional air cylinder propulsion method, it features faster speed and better stability. The heating tubes adopt the carbon fiber heating principle, enabling fast heating, long service life and uniform heat distribution.
4. The program adopts a data management mode, which can store mold technical parameters during production. Historical production records can be retrieved at any time, allowing production without the need for machine adjustment.
5. This IMD/IML heat-press forming machine adopts the most advanced programmable temperature control system. By directly inputting temperature data on the touchscreen, the temperature of the heating plate can be accurately controlled. This temperature control system is equipped with a sleep function, which can automatically stop heating when unattended to save energy.
6. It adopts a pneumatic-hydraulic dual-power cylinder, which solves the instability of air cylinders and oil leakage of hydraulic systems. This ensures more stable machine operation and greatly improves product quality and production efficiency.
