Vertical Type Semi-Automatic Screen Printer

This semi-automatic flatbed screen printer is mainly suitable for screen printing on flat materials such as glass, self-adhesive materials, metals, leather, wood, paper, business cards, non-woven fabrics, acrylic, PET, and PVC. It is also widely used for printing on various circuit boards, LCD panels, solar panels, membrane switches, membrane panels, various metals, nameplates, and plastic labels.

I. Main Machine Features

1.       Adopts linear guides, combined with variable-speed motor drive to ensure printing stability and precision.

2.                       Squeegee pressure and printing speed are adjustable to ensure printing quality.

3.       The suspended squeegee system enables more uniform printing.

4.       Equipped with a fine-tuning device for alignment between PCB boards and screens.

5.       Left-right adjustment is available for both single-sided and double-sided printing respectively, suitable for screen printing with screen frames of different size ranges.

6.       Automatically implements the printing process, achieving more stable quality and higher efficiency.
