I. Main Machine Features

1.       This machine is applicable for LCD glass sheets, membrane switches, high-precision solder paste, carbon ink, and silver paste printing, as well as glass decal papers and ceramic decal papers, with uniform and accurate ink film thickness.

2.                       Adopts rolling linear guides, combined with variable-speed motor drive to ensure printing stability and precision.

3.       Squeegee pressure and printing speed are adjustable, displayed via precision pressure gauges and speed controllers. It supports recording and reference of production conditions to ensure printing quality.

4.       The suspended squeegee system enables more uniform printing.

5.       Main configured components adopt imported electrical parts, controlled by Taiwan Fengwei PLC, with frequency converter for printing and frequency-converted lifting.

6.       Equipped with a fine-tuning device for alignment between PCB boards and screens.

7.       Left-right adjustment is available for both single-sided and double-sided printing respectively, suitable for screen frames of different size ranges.

8.       Automatically implements the printing process, achieving more stable quality and higher efficiency.
