Full-Electric Mechanical Roll-to-Roll Screen Printer

I. Main Machine Features

This full-electric mechanical roll-to-roll screen printer is widely used for screen printing of roll materials and special inks/adhesives, such as PET, PVC, PC, membrane switches, flexible circuit boards, solar cells, floor heating films, electric heating films, transfer films, decal papers, mobile phone case keys (IMD process printing), 3M adhesives, laser trademarks, anti-counterfeiting scratch cards, and self-adhesive labels.

1.       Adopts full-electric mechanical printing principle, no air supply required, eliminating interference from unstable air pressure.

2.                       The entire printing process of this full-electric mechanical roll-to-roll screen printer is operated via touch screen, with full-automatic photoelectric tracking, computer PLC control, servo motor material pulling, and cross converter mechanical crank arm control—enabling faster printing speed and higher register precision.

3.       All flat platens undergo surface anti-static treatment, which greatly reduces the adsorption force of platen static electricity on printing materials, thereby effectively reducing scratches on the back of materials.

4.       Photoelectric sensor switches control unwinding and rewinding, avoiding scratches on the material surface and significantly improving printing quality.

5.       Equipped with a dust removal roller to automatically clean dust on materials.

6.       Adopts a three-stage air suction device, which can be adjusted to strong wind, weak wind, or off according to the requirements of printing materials.

7.       User-friendly printing early warning device: when materials are used up, the set printing count is reached, or an abnormality occurs, the device will issue a warning and automatically shut down.

8.       Photoelectric sensor switches combined with inverter motor speed control for rewinding ensure that the rewinding speed is consistent with the printing speed.

☆ The feeder can be equipped with an automatic protective film peeling device as needed, enabling feeding and film peeling to be completed in one step.

II. Feeder Features

1.       Taiwan-brand photoelectric sensors combined with inverter motor and frequency converter control material unwinding, ensuring stable start-up, rapid acceleration, and effective synchronization with the printing main machine.

2.         The material-driven roller is a rubber-coated roller, avoiding scratches on the material surface. Hengchuanqi’s feeder can convey materials of various properties and thicknesses.

3.       Can be equipped with an automatic protective film rewinding device.

III. Oven Features

1.       The oven of this full-electric mechanical roll-to-roll screen printer has a small footprint and long baking distance. Ovens of different lengths can be customized according to different materials and inks, enabling low-temperature and long-time baking—especially suitable for prints requiring low temperature and long baking time.

2.         Insulation cotton is added in the oven body interlayer and door panels (Hengchuanqi oven), preventing heat loss, effectively ensuring uniform and constant internal temperature, and achieving real heat preservation and energy saving.

3.       Oven heating zones are independently controlled, which can be used individually or in zones according to different baking requirements, saving electricity for customers.
