1. Equipment Overview
This equipment is suitable for precision winding of pouch lithium battery cells and prismatic lithium-ion battery cells.
2. Process Flow
Through manual operation, feed the positive and negative electrode sheets into the winding section respectively, stack them with the separator at intervals, and perform winding according to process requirements. The hot-melt welding cutter cuts off the separator, the termination tape is automatically attached, and the battery cells are automatically discharged (blanking).
