一、Application Scope

Suitable for rapid surface drying of solvent-based inks and drying of moisture-containing objects; widely applicable to printing, electronics, plastics, silicone, food, chemical and other industries.

二、Main Performance & Configuration

1. Box-type split design: total length of the drying tunnel is 3m, with the drying part divided into 1 segment (2m per segment). Each segment is equipped with 9 heating tubes, with a distance of 175mm between adjacent tubes. Tunnel width: 500mm; length of tunnel inlet: 0.5m; mesh belt width: 500mm; length of tunnel outlet: 0.5m.

2. Heating tubes are installed on the upper part, all in parallel.

3. Transmission system adopts frequency conversion speed regulation technology, equipped with a Taiwan-imported 0.75KW/1:60 gearbox frequency conversion motor; adjustable conveying speed: 0-25m/min.

4. Transmission belt material: imported Teflon mesh belt.

5. Net height of the tunnel heating zone: 200mm (each heating segment adopts fan heat circulation). Each heating segment is controlled by an independent temperature control detector, with a temperature accuracy of ±3℃.

6. To ensure the mesh belt can bear the maximum weight for different dried objects, a rolling idler is installed every 300mm.

7. All heating tubes are Taiwan-made ceramic far-infrared tubes, with high temperature control precision.

8. Tunnel power supply: three-phase 380V/50HZ; heating tube voltage: 380V/50HZ.

9. Operating temperature range of the tunnel workspace: ambient temperature to 250℃.

10. Electrical components: temperature controllers, buttons, intermediate relays and AC contactors all adopt imported parts from Schneider, Omron and other brands.
