1.       This equipment is mainly used for punching of PET, PC, PVC and other materials.

2.                       This IMD/IML punching machine adopts a safety-oriented design concept. The program is controlled by PLC and touchscreen, and it is equipped with a high-sensitivity through-beam light curtain safety protection system to ensure operational safety.

3.       The program adopts a data management mode, which can store mold technical parameters during production. Historical production records can be retrieved at any time, enabling production without the need for machine adjustment.

4.       The equipment can automatically enter sleep mode when unattended, saving energy.

5.       It adopts a pneumatic-hydraulic dual-power cylinder, which solves the instability of air cylinders and oil leakage of hydraulic systems. This ensures more stable machine operation and greatly improves product quality and production efficiency.
