I. Main Machine Features
This fully automatic roll-fed membrane switch screen printer is widely used for screen printing of products such as PET, PVC, PC, OPP, BOPP, membrane switch panels, keys, nameplates, name badges, FPC flexible circuit boards, solar cell labels, RFID electronic tags, ITO conductive films, and IMD/IML process products.
1. All operations of this machine are controlled by Taiwan Weilun touch screen combined with Japan Panasonic PLC program, featuring easy operation and learning, computer-programmed control, long service life, low failure rate, and strong anti-interference.
2. Printing and material conveying are controlled by Japan Yaskawa servo motors combined with Taiwan Kuang Yung high-precision reducers. Multiple printing processes are tracked by Germany SICK micron-level photoelectric sensors. Hengchuanqi’s screen printer offers high printing speed, high repeat printing precision, and accurate material conveying positioning, realizing true point-move and point-stop operation.
3. Equipped with set-length off-contact function, which allows setting the off-contact distance according to screen size and ink viscosity to prevent printing materials from sticking to the screen, greatly improving printing quality.
4. Equipped with an automatic early warning device. When materials are used up, the set printing count is reached, or the machine malfunctions, the device prompts operators via sound and lights of different colors, automatically stops, and displays the shutdown cause and solution on the touch screen.
5. Equipped with an automatic dust removal roller, which can automatically clean dust on the material surface. Hengchuanqi’s screen printer is easy to operate, has a long service life, and can be reused by wiping off dust on the roller with clean water.
6. The printing platen is equipped with a vacuum suction device to fix materials during printing and prevent displacement. The device can adjust suction force according to the material's properties, thickness, and size to achieve optimal printing results.
7. All movable rollers in contact with materials on Hengchuanqi’s main machine undergo high-precision cylindrical grinding, polishing, and bright electroplating treatment, greatly minimizing scratches on both front and back sides of the material.
8. Overview of Machine Structure:
8.1 Printing Process Overview
8.1.1 Print Head Movement: Driven by Yaskawa servo motor to ensure precise movement distance.
8.1.2 Screen Plate Adjustment and Fine-Tuning: First adjust the screen plate position via X, Y, Z axes, then lock the screen plate with micrometer digital fine-tuning.
8.1.3 Print Head Track: Equipped with dual linear guides and four sliders to ensure flatness and straightness of print head operation (Hengchuanqi).
8.1.4 Printing Pressure Adjustment: Adopts Taiwan Airtac cylinders and precision solenoid valves to ensure stable printing pressure.
8.1.5 Printing Start Point Setting: Set the printing origin and end point positions via touch screen, simple and efficient.
8.2 Automatic Color-Tracking Printing Process Overview
8.2.1 X, Y, Z three-axis adjustment of screen frame plane, with high adjustment flexibility.
8.2.2 Screen Frame Fine-Tuning: Adjusted via dovetail groove square aluminum combined with precision linear guides.
8.2.3 X, Y Adjustment Range: ±10mm.
8.2.4 Z-Axis Rotation Adjustment Range: ±5 degrees.
8.2.5 Screen Distance Height Adjustment Range: ±25mm.
8.2.6 Screen Plate Locking: Cylinder locking or mechanical locking (Hengchuanqi).
8.2.7 Suitable for screen plates of different specifications and sizes.
8.3 Printing Platen Positioning Process Overview
8.3.1 Vacuum Suction Platen: Vacuum suction function is activated during printing to hold the printing material and prevent displacement.
8.3.2 Platen Air-Blowing Function: For special materials, this function can be activated to suspend the printing material above the printing platen.
8.4 Repeat Printing & Register Function Overview (Hengchuanqi)
8.4.1 Color tracking via Germany SICK high-precision color mark sensors.
8.4.2 Front/back/left/right micrometer fine-tuning in X, Y directions, guided by linear guides.
8.4.3 For register printing (2 or more colors), the color mark from the first printing can be automatically captured to ensure precise positioning, facilitating multiple-color register printing.
8.5 Material Pulling & Traction System Overview
8.5.1 Pulling Length: The pulling system is driven by Japan Yaskawa servo motor combined with Panasonic PLC to drive rollers for material feeding, ensuring precise pulling length and fast material movement.
8.5.2 Pulling Rollers: Divided into vacuum suction rollers and emery-treated surface rollers, selectable according to material thickness and properties.
8.6 Control System Process Overview
8.6.1 Feeding Device: Start → Material above photoelectric sensing level → Feeding motor starts → Material below photoelectric sensing level → Feeding motor stops → Material above photoelectric sensing level → Feeding motor starts… (cycle repeats).
8.6.2 Rewinding Device: Start → Material above photoelectric sensing level → Hengchuanqi rewinding motor starts → Material below photoelectric sensing level → Rewinding motor stops → Material above photoelectric sensing level → Rewinding motor starts… (cycle repeats).
II. Feeder Features
1. Taiwan-brand photoelectric sensors combined with inverter motor and frequency converter control material unwinding, ensuring stable start-up, rapid acceleration, and effective synchronization with the printing main machine.
2. The material-driven roller of the feeder (for this fully automatic roll-fed membrane switch screen printer) is a rubber-coated roller, avoiding scratches on the material surface. Hengchuanqi’s feeder can convey materials of various properties and thicknesses.
3. Can be equipped with an automatic protective film rewinding device.
III. Oven Features
1. Small footprint with long baking distance. Ovens of different lengths can be customized according to different materials and inks, enabling low-temperature and long-time baking—especially suitable for prints requiring low temperature and long baking time.
2. Insulation cotton is added in the machine body interlayer and door panels (Hengchuanqi oven), preventing heat loss, effectively ensuring uniform and constant internal temperature, and achieving real heat preservation and energy saving.
3. Oven heating zones are independently controlled, which can be used individually or in zones according to different baking requirements, saving electricity for customers.
4. Drying Process Overview
4.1 Heating Temperature: Internal oven temperature is adjustable from room temperature to 130℃, controlled automatically by Japan RKC temperature controllers. Higher temperatures are available for custom orders.
4.2 Heating Principle: Resistance wire heating, with heating zones on four sides (top, bottom, left, right) and four-sided circulation fans, ensuring uniform temperature in all zones (Hengchuanqi).
4.3 Oven Structure (Fully Automatic Roll-Fed Membrane Switch Screen Printer): Adopts a rectangular loop hanging structure. Printing materials move from the outer loop to the inner loop and are rewound in the middle. The material movement direction is opposite to the hot air circulation direction, forming convection to quickly volatilize ink solvents and dry the ink rapidly.
