Fully Automatic Nonwoven Screen Printing Machine

This fully automatic nonwoven screen printing machine adopts the principle of screen printing and conveyor belt for nonwoven feeding, specialized for printing on nonwoven eco-friendly bags. It is applicable for paste, color paste, water-based paste, ink, etc.

1.  Compared with old models, the new model adds automatic upper/lower material winding devices, with magnetic powder tension control and web guiding systems installed at both front and rear ends.

2.   Equipped with high-temperature resistant, high-strength conveyor belt (imported from Taiwan), adopting the one-to-one register printing principle for multi-color printing.

3.   The machine features easy operation, convenient screen plate replacement and cleaning. The printing heads and each section of the oven can be added/removed freely and controlled independently.

4.   This machine enables multiple register printing, with high-sensitivity photoelectric eye tracking for precise register printing.

5.   Nonwoven materials are conveyed via the conveyor belt (coated with water-based platen adhesive, with a dedicated baking device for water-based platen adhesive), which prevents nonwoven stretching and displacement during printing, and avoids the drawbacks of direct nonwoven pulling (for feeding) and vacuum platen suction (adopted by some manufacturers).

6.   The oven adopts flat tunnel-type baking, realizing direct, fast and energy-saving baking. Each oven section can be independently temperature-controlled and turned on/off separately—supporting both slow-drying baking and high-low temperature baking. A cooling system is installed at the oven rear to prevent ink foaming caused by excessive ink temperature.

7.   This fully automatic nonwoven screen printing machine adopts Japanese servo computer system and PLC control, ensuring accurate positioning during high-speed printing operation.

8.   Printing angle, pressure and screen plate position are all adjustable.

9.   Adopting world-advanced technology, with human-machine interface touch screen control—easy to operate and learn.

Note: Equipped with a tunnel-type oven, each section can be independently temperature-controlled. After reaching the set temperature, only 1/3 of the power is required to meet production needs.
