Screen clogging (stencil fouling) during full-automatic screen printing requires comprehensive adjustments from equipment, material, process and environmental dimensions. Specific solutions are as follows: 

Ink adjustment and selection 

- Reduce viscosity and filter impurities: Add thinner (ink solvent) to lower ink viscosity; filter out particulate impurities to improve fluidity. 

- Match seasonal characteristics: Use fast-drying ink in winter and slow-drying ink in summer; add slow-drying solvent if necessary to delay drying speed. 

- Replace ink type: If ink has excessively large particle size or mismatches screen mesh count, replace with ink of qualified fineness.
